Thank you to all riders who braved the very chilly start at Wandong yesterday morning it was great to see so many familiar faces and quite a few new faces in the club.  In true spirit of the Wandong Winter Wander it turned out to be a beautiful sunny day (albeit a tad coolish)  with a winter northerly wind blowing to assist all riders home.  A special thank you to the 200km riders who had to negotiate the road works in Nagambie.  I know a few of you did a little extra ks in your endeavours to negotiate your way back onto the road to Longwood. Thank you to my support crew namely  Kate, John & Claire who manned the Wandong control all day welcoming riders back with homemade soup and goodies and  to George & Ray who manned the Seymour checkpoint all day greeting riders also with hot homemade soup and typical audax goodies.  I wish all you PBP riders the best of luck in Paris in August.

Look forward to seeing you all back in 2012 – until then safe cycling.
