Hi We have been hit with a terrible blow. Jim has been given somewhere
between 4 months to a year to live .We learned this on Tuesday Jan 30.
He has done 3 massive doses of chemo and we are hoping to still get to
St. Maarten  around Feb. 23rd  if the cancer shows response to the
chemo.  We need to sell our units  we own weeks 5.6.7.&8 unit 5207  2
bedrooms 2 baths 2 balconies  it faces the parking lot and the road.
We would like to get $10,000. per week would like to sell in week
sucession so if someone wanted multiple weeks it has been great to be
able to move in and stay put for 4 weeks.The price would be buyer
would pay all fees. needless to say we pay a lot more than 10,000 and
we know that they were asking 16,500 last year when we look into
buying a week 4  I do not have the knowledge to forward this notice to
others on the litigation list if any one would be interested in
