AtomIDIndexer requires a remove method ?

Hello, I noticed that the AtomIDIndexer does not have a remove function. This does not work out well if a particular entry is removed from the collection as the index is still storing a reference to it, IMHO. Is this correct ? A work around would be to reindex on evert POST or PUT , but this will be way too much of a performance hit for my use... more »

copy.deepcopy in MemberResource.from_entry seems unnecessary

Hi, In the same way that the copy.deepcopy in the MemberHelper.clone was unnecessary - it seems we have the same thing with MemberResource.from_entry. I have attached a patch with this email.
