In AtomOWL, many datatype properties have range

http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#anyUri

the proper casing is

http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#anyURI.

I'm not sure if this case sensitivity is important, but it was causing
errors in my tooling.

Weird that CWM did not pick it up...
