Hi,

I have noticed in the last couple of days that gaps have been appearing in some channels' movie listings, when accessed through the Radio Times XMLTV feeds. Examples:
This is not an exhaustive list, there may be more. Any idea if this can be fixed?

Thanks,

Hi Adam,

Thanks very much for reporting this. We've located the problem and will be deploying a fix to production tomorrow.

Thanks Tom,

I've noticed a huge improvement over the last week, but there are still single films missing here and there. Will it take time for the fix to propagate through the listings?

Yes, it will have taken a while as we re-ingest the schedules for affected days when the schedules change. Hopefully you're no longer seeing gaps?

There were some missing at the end of last week, but over the last few days it has looked fine.

There is still a major problem on Movies4Men. Every day, the movie in
the 21:45-ish slot is missing. Often the last but one movie in the
schedule - but the movie after it is intact.

Please can this be looked at also?

Many thanks
Mike

Hi Mike,

With the schedule as it currently stands the first gaps around that time are on 23rd, 24th and 25th April. I've confirmed that these are all currently TBCs, so there should be gaps. We'd expect these gaps to be filled as we approach the broadcast date. Please let me know if you've any examples of gaps on broadcast date, or very close to.

As I mentioned in an earlier email, we're working on ingesting TBCs so in the near future you'll see these gaps replaced with TBCs in the file.

Thanks,
Tom
