One of the last discussions before we left the campground yesterday was among a group of us who are all challenging ourselves to lose three pounds in the next three weeks before the Function in the Junction tournament.

There are ten of us so far ... but this isn't restricted to just the ladies.  Any guys out there looking to trim down a bit?  Hmmm???

 

So far we have representatives from Push Play, FAME, POD, PFT, and MAINEiacs.  Any other clubs jumping in?

We're up to about 40 pounds pledged and almost every club represented!  That's a whole lot less weight hitting the mats next month.  :o)

 

Anyone else in?  It's based on the honour system, there are no financial winnings, only health and wellness gains (the BEST kind!)

There are now 17 people signed up for the "Three in Three" challenge to lose three pounds over the next three weeks before the Function in the Junction tournament.  That's a pledge of over FIFTY pounds to be gone from the mats by then!  :o)

I must say though that, ahem, not a single man (nor a 'single' man) has yet stepped up to the plate. Hmmm ...  any takers??

 

We know as a region (and friends) that we're awesome at stepping up and helping each other to be successful on the mats ... now we can also step up and help each other be successful in this challenge to improve our overall health too.  Move it and lose it!  :o)

 

It was suggested that I start up a facebook group for the challenge to keep the chatter off the main flyball group list, and if I can find a few free minutes, I'll try to get that done.
