Diesel Prices - Windward and Leward Islands

We're moving up the windward and leward islands from St Lucia to BVIs. Not desperate for fuel for a few weeks, so can anyone advise the most economic place to fill up please?
Martinique tell me they only do duty free to Charter operators! Don't say Rodney Bay is the cheapest as we've moved on from there and if it's cheaper there, it'd spoil the rest of my holiday!!
