Subject: An Event Apart

Has anyone attended the 'An Event Apart' conference?
http://www.aneventapart.com/2013/atlanta/

At $1240 for three days ($945 for conference/$495 for Multi-device web design), it is a bit steep.

Hoping to find out if it was worth the expense, should I just hope for some videos to show up on the web?

It was worth it for me. It is worth it if you are:

* a designer
* building mobile apps
* creating sites that have to work well on phones, tablets and PCs
* architecting content management
* writing a lot of HTML, CSS and Javascript

If you spend 75% of your time in PHP and just mess around with front end
a little, it may not be worth it.

Brian.
