SIV clinic

Heeeey.

We finally got some wonderful flying after weeks and weeks of rain over here
on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean.

There are still some openings for the SIV clinic by middle of July near
Houston.
This is an important clinic to do every once in while for most paragliding
pilots.
Let me know if anybody is interested.

It didn't look gusty and it didn't look like he induced it.

That's quite possibly the one and only scenario where you should ever
pull your wing in after throwing a reserve. He'd have actually been
better off disabling it with a B-Line stall before it down-planed but
once it started the process and deflated grabbing a tip was an
acceptable reaction. Otherwise, don't ever let someone talk you into

Sorry it took so long to weigh in on this.  I've been on the road and out of touch.
I am greatly encouraged by the continued growth and interest in our group.  Chris, I understand the spirit and intent of your postings and appreciate your input.  We all know that bad news sells and youtube is full of it; bad news that is.  It's all very instructive.  Almost every accident I've seen on youtube is predicated by pilots taking off in adverse conditions.

Let's start from scratch.
I'm glad to read about club level. That means only one thing. We're
progressing and our flying is getting more safe as we grow up into better

In 20 y of flying he only broke his thumb, why do you think that is, it is because he got the right training. Do you think Luis will do the stupid things you see on You tube?
