· A Business Intelligence Consultant in the Northridge Business Intelligence practice is an expert with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence technology. This position is responsible for providing developmental expertise and consulting on Business Intelligence projects, and performing development of BI projects. This may include assisting with mapping requirements, developing estimates, developing data warehouses, developing OLAP databases, writing reports, dashboards, and scorecards, performing DBA tasks, code and data testing, and developing PerformancePoint application solutions. Candidates will be responsible for implementing these solutions and supporting the customer post-implementation. Candidates will also be involved in sales meetings with potential customers.

Responsibilities Include:

o Designing and Building BI applications.

o Assisting with requirements gathering.

o Executing the requirements of BI systems.

o Project and application documentation.

o Interfacing directly with the customer.

o Participating in sales efforts.

o Traveling when required.

Qualifications Include:

o 3+ years IT consulting/project experience.

o 2+ years BI experience (Data Warehousing/OLAP/Reporting/Scorecards/Planning Applications).

o Understanding of business reporting and analytical issues.

o Strong understanding of SQL.
