GLA Awards Nominations Deadline Extended to May 29

Dear colleagues,

Please consider nominating a deserving person or team for a GLA Award. The deadline for nominations has been extended to May 29, 2012, and the awards will be presented at COMO/SELA in October. All awards except for the GLA Honorary Membership come with a beautiful plaque and a check for $100!

·         list of committee members—ask us if you have a question;

·         a printable nomination flyer you can print and post on your library’s bulletin board to encourage participation;

·         the nomination form, with awards criteria;

·         and a list of past winners.

 

Please note: there is a new award this year, the GLA team award!

 

The process is not complicated and it’s a great way to recognize people who make GLA and Georgia libraries great.
