It is not a problem at all, just such intercourse will lead to
extinction of culture where such mix had been freely allowed so it is
doomed to be a dominated restriction across existing sociums; once a
freaky deviation has happen it naturally is going to fade away. In
fact the enforced prohibition of such interbreeding by law may be an
actual problem since a high-likelihood of weak offspring does not
preclude to introduce a freaky but yet useful mutation. Thus, the
optimal balance seems to set a soft restrictions for incest practice
to allow it rarely happens.
