All:
I have been looking at JMX as the option for building monitoring for
integration point components in ATG. I want a scriptable way to
monitor specific ATG components and I found the article at
http://metatheory.wordpress.com/2007/12/11/atg-management-using-jmx/
which makes things look easy. Are there other ways of doing this ?
Do let me know.

Platform: ATG 2007.1 / JBoss

Regards
Vivek

You could go the SNMP route to monitor the server but I think JMX is
probably the easiest and most natural in a way to monitor nucleus
components.

Hi

If needed, you can add JMX to SNMP bridge, as JMX is java-only and you
may want to monitor more than just that...
But indeed, JMX is the easiest route because many nucleus components
are already exposed as JMX
