I have downloaded and extracted the files, but I cannot found the rules. Where to download the rules and then saved in the cd to run the grammer check? Thanks!

The jQuery code is a client. It connects to the After the Deadline server hosted by Automattic. http://open.afterthedeadline.com has the source code and models for the server. If you want to see the grammar rules, take a look at that URL. Setting up an AtD server isn't difficult but it requires a lot of RAM.
