When an aircraft has landed and is decelerating, you can give it an
abort command. I gave it when it was going 10knots. The aircraft
started to climb 10 knots 100 feet! and kept on accelerating and
climbing.

I suppose nobody thought someone will give a go-around on a landed
traffic...
