Calvin, I will certainly keep your loft in mind. Right now I'm
looking at an apartiment in Dunedin, New Zealand, and one in Kuala
Lumpua, Malaysia, and one in Riga, Latvia. I always like to go to the
beach in Capetown, and I love those hot air balloon rides over the
Serengetti (spelling) which is not far away. I have a G5 (Gulfstream
V jet aircraft) and am quite mobile. I like to rent the Bell
Jetranger helicopter. (The interiors are so nice. Not unlike that of
the Cadillac Sedan Deville.) They are so nice, and the view is so
good for just short trips of only a few hundred miles. Are there
companies that rent the Bell Jetranger in Capetown, and also, how far
is the loft apartment from the beach? I love the ocean. Among my
hobbies is collecting videos of ships in storms at sea. I have a
specially equipped submarine with an extra long video periscope, and
can get some good takes of ships going round the Cape while I'm there,
and can add to my seascape collection. A seascape artist does an
excellent rendering of these for me. Please don't call me Capt. Nemo.
That is so corny. :-)

You are one fascinating individual. Whats this mindspring
thing all about? I work as a mechanical engineer, self employed about
1/2 the time, and I'm working on a large seascape. a view from under a
rough sea at dawn, up at a drilling rig (they are well lighted
generally). I've developed a new approach... my effect is to have
the undersee view almost totally transparent.. with bright lighting
effects on the surface.
