g729 voice delay in sip nokia

hello
we have install free and payed g729 and have in both voice delay in
sip Nokia setting so can we know how to fix this the delay is only in
one side win we call any number the othere party hare my voice after
5s to 7s so how we can fix this we can hare him same time ok but he
not so pls let me know how to fix this
