Can I use these codecs for both at the same time?

The codec emits G.729A frames, but it also accepts (decodes) B frames (I hope). I never really tested the B part throughly.

Hello, Sorry to bother but I downloaded all the ones i founf that said "core2" none worked, any help will be appreciated, thanks..
