No sound after proper installation

Hello,
AFter we could sucessfully install the g729 codec we tried to make a
call. We can manage to call a mobile phone from our softphone
(eyebeam) call was established but no sound on both end.
Anyone have a suggestion or way to debug the problem?

After try another voip provider now the sound start to come after 1
min. later.
Any idea?

Found by myself, the problem was firewall.
