i would like to know if revaluation of depreciable assets is allowed as per the income tax act.

hi sir,
i want to know the depreciation if asset cost is less than Rs.5000
under Indian income tax act. Actually i heard that there will be 100%
depreciation if asset cost is less than Rs.5000. Is it real. please
clarify my doubt.
