Thrash docs page suggestion

Hi,

Just enabled Thrash and realized you probably want to run aspen like this from your bash prompt:

while true; do aspen; done;

That might be useful to add to the Thrash docs page as a simple way of restarting aspen during development.

Ah, so that is a nice shell implementation of what thrash the command line utility does:

$ thrash aspen

Will keep this in the inbox and add to the docs.

Ah, my bad.  I didn't realize that's how you use thrash..

  $ thrash aspen

works great.
