Fall Festival - Help needed!

Our annual Fall Festival is coming up fast and we are still in need of
your help to make this a successful PTA event.

1) We have only received a small number of pre-orders for dinner and
activity tickets. Please turn in your order form and check by Monday.
These pre-orders serve two purposes - we can make a more accurate
count for food and you will not have to stand in line to buy tickets
the night of the event.

2) Because of the snow days, we have extended the deadline for
silent auction items. If you have an item you would like to donate,
please bring it to the main office with your name, a description of
your item(s) as well as the retail value. Items will be on display
next week in the display cases and you can start bidding on items
starting on Wednesday in the main office. Contact Fran Milner with

We are still collecting items for our class baskets as well. Please
send in items to your child's class by Wednesday. Remember that all
proceeds from our festival and silent auction items go directly back

3) We are in need of adult volunteers to help in the game/activity
area of the festival. We have some middle school students who will be
helping to work the booths, but we need adults to supervise.
Volunteers are needed for 1 hour shifts - 5:30-6:30, 6:30-7:30 and
7:30-8:30. We would love for both moms and dads to help out! Please

4) Finally, we need a few adults to help sell tickets at the front
doors during the event. We need volunteers to work a one hour shift
starting at 6:30 and 7:30. The later shift will last a little longer
helping close out the money, helping with auction check out and

This event is our biggest fund-raiser of the year as well as a great
opportunity to have a fun night out with your family and neighbors.
