Currently we can change ScreenScale to 1 by hand:
https://code.google.com/p/aseprite/wiki/FAQ#Why_do_I_see_double-sized_pixels?

But it would be great to have an option in the GUI to modify this value
(Note for the developer: maybe a "Restart program" will be needed).
