Jason,

Are you and the ASBC HIV/AIDS Ministry aware of this?  Are we participating in any way?  Just checking to make sure that we know about it.

I Greet each of you in the Name of Our Lord and  Savior Jesus Christ;

We are intensely preparing for our 2012 Our Faith Light’s the Way HIV Testing Campaign this June. This year, we anticipate to have 1,000 congregations doing HIV Testing with the theme “The End of the AIDS Epidemic is in Sight with Prayer, Education, Testing, and Treatment.”

Please find attached a one-page flyer that gives details regarding our goals for this initiative.   We are asking Community Based Organizations and Health Departments in Northern Virginia  to join the Balm In Gilead in partnership with this initiative. Our Faith Lights the Way HIV Testing Campaign is done in support/recognition of National HIV Testing Day (June 27th).

One of our main goals is to target specific high risk areas in the Northern Virginia area. With your assistance, we would like for all Churches in the Northern Virginia area to register their church on our web site at www.balmingilead.org  1000 congregation “Our Faith Lights the Way” Banner.

Thank you, once again for your willingness to assist The Balm In Gilead.

We look forward to a great partnership and a successful Our Faith Lights the Way campaign.

Thank you- Betty

Jason,

Greetings and pray that you are doing well, by Gods's grace!

I spoke with a former ASBC HIV/AIDS Ministry officer, Sister Miller, on yesterday and she asked about you and the ministry.

Thanks for confirming the collaboration w VHD and Allenye AMEZ.  Glad to learn it's moving forward!
