API is broken right now

Hi,

The API is not returning the correct results at the moment (and it was extremely slow earlier this morning). For example, following the link provided in the docs  http://export.arxiv.org/api/query?search_query=all:electron returns a bunch of empty fields.

This has killed my website, marxiv.org. Is anyone else noticing this? Is there an ETA for a fix?
