1. I am emailing the prior member list to see who would like to participate in some training events this year, group runs, rides, swim critiques, nutrition talks etc. Please reply if you ave interest for 2019.   YES / NO?
   
2. Second- I am looking for people to help organize some rides/runs workouts etc. Let me know if you have interest.  thank you    YES / NO ?

I received some great interest in joining group workouts - and maybe one or two people will be able to help lead some rides/runs. Thank you!
