ArtMob day-long gathering at Nature Art in the Park • 2012

I'm trying to figure out a day when we could all
get together at Nature Art in the Park, in
Baltimore City's Leakin Park ...

I'd like for people to bring their dogs, possibly
have a wandering poetry reading along the trails,
maybe an arty movie in the evening. All day would
be a potluck picnic & anything else that you would
like. Bring your grandparents & your grandkids.

Do you have any thoughts on either Saturday,
June 23 (near the summer solstice), or Saturday,
August 4, with Sundays as raindates?

All thoughts, questions, ideas appreciated.

So far we have a vote for the weekend of June 23,
and a vote for the weekend of August 4.

Let me know if either of these dates best works for
you or not. Also have to discuss it with the poets.

Sorry for the indecision, but at this point either date would work for
me. I might lean towards the June date as Shakemore is August 11th.
Two day long events back to back might break me in the dog days of
