lrelease issue solved!

I had this obnoxious error or kubuntu jaunty that stopped me from
being able to compile arora.

I found the fix.

It turns out that lrelease didn't include the -silent function, but
lrelease-qt4 did.

So I moved lrelease to lrelease.old and symbolically linked lrelease-
qt4 to lrelease.



I hope this helps someone trying to compile it.
