in firefox you can hold ctrl and enter after typing in the address
(without www. .com) and they will be inserted is Arora going to do this

Yah there is a issue open for that.  Not sure what to do mostly  
because currently there is no standard.

Interesting, I've never ever noticed this feature in Firefox :) I don't
think it's difficult to implement, by the way.

Me neither. But that's because it's kinda useless for non-us users.
This definitely needs to be a setting. And there we are again at the
"settings that don't have a place in the settings dialog right now"-topic...
