UI: Nav. bar inside the tabs.

Hello,

I've just written a small patch for Arora that moves the navigation bar
(back/forward/reload buttons + location input + search input) inside the tab
widget, the same way chrome does it.

It barely changes the code so it would be easy to let this as an option for
the user.

Anyway, here is a screenshot :

Oooooooo, pretty. Can it be done as an optional UI change? something
in the settings manager?

I like it, but it'd be wonderful to be able to switch between designs
before sticking with one.

This is awesome! I just noticed how much I have got used to this layout by
using Opera all those years...

It seems to be pretty straightforward to make this optional, so I'm voting for
it, too.
