Regarding Medicine Stock

Dear Madam,
 
We have checked the medicine stock and updated our list accordingly.  Most of the medicines have been used during OPDs and Health Camps.
 
I would like to request you to come and check the medicine stock detail and grant us an approval for medicines from DHS.
