Using Sentences and Arguments in Separate Argument Maps

Is there a technique for accessing sentences and arguments contained
in argument map "a" for use in argument map "b" without using the copy
and paste feature? The documentation seems to indicate that the
sentences are available in all argument maps ("Just as each debate
contains a sentence pool which can be used in all argument maps and
arguments of the debate, each debate also has an argument pool which
can be used in all argument maps of the debate."), but I cannot figure
out how to do it.
