I am an attorney, and my practice consists of litigation and
(sometimes) public policy analysis. I discovered Argunet because I
was looking for software to visually depict and analyze arguments.
How can I learn more about how I might put Argunet into practice (1)
to diagram the legal arguments in the cases that I'm working on, or
(2) to diagram positions on public policy issues. (Or is Argunet
designed more for academic debates?) It seems to me that Argunet
might work well in the public policy context, as public policy issue
are indeed debates between competing positions. In the case analysis
context, I am not sure how I could effectively apply the program.
Thanks for any suggestions.
