New issue 72 by alf.behrends: filter screen goes havoc on small resolution

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. running ARDB on a resolution of 800x600
2. open the filter dialog

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- the filter dialog is defect on the lower part
- no possibillity to put values in some fields or checkboxes
- no scrolling options

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1.1, Win XP

Please provide any additional information below.

I cannot reproduce this issue on version 3.1.1 when at 800x600. Which
Filter dialog
box does not work? The Crypt or Library?

Maybe it was even smaller then, like, 640x480?
Have to check with my portable when back at home.
And it was def the crypt search.
