HERE IS A DONKEY WE CAN SAVE! Sitting on a feedlot, waiting to be sold to Mexico or ropers.

A few days ago I told you all about Donkey Roping.
Most of you were pretty upset about it… Many of you wrote and emailed the editor of the local paper of the town (Van Horn, TX) that is hosting the Donkey Roping Championship this weekend. (You can read about how to email in this blog.)
Today, in my inbox, was this photo of a jenny who is sitting in a feedlot in Fallon, NV. She is 10 years old, unhandled, healthy and looks just like my Norma Jean. Since she is unhandled, a donkey and in the Fallon Feedlot, she will most likely go to a Mexican slaughter house or the donkey ropers.
The good news is that one of the tireless workers who does everything she can to save as many equines as possible from the Fallon Feedlot has secured a Sanctuary home for this donkey.
She just needs bail and transportation costs. $550.
*If we raise more than $550, the excess will go into a fund to help more Fallon horses with rescue, transportation and upkeep. So no worries if we collect more!!
This 10 year-old unhandled jenny is sitting in the Fallon Feedlot, awaiting sale to Mexican slaughter or the local donkey ropers. Please help spring her and send her to the awaiting Sanctuary!

This is my first post here but wanted to let you all know that Lennox is NOT dead yet. He remains in custody of Belfast while the family appeals and takes the case to the Court of London, the highest court for the UK. While he still breathes, we still have a chance to save him. I, for one, will not stop until my contact in Belfast tells me that we lost the fight. I will then do a memorial show with the family.
I am taking this time to ask people to call into my show and have their voices be heard. All the shows we do (60 in all started yesterday and ends on Aug. 11) will be sent to the Court of London as well as the Belfast City Council. Every day from yesterday to Aug. 11 from 6pm CST USA to 8pm CST USA, I will be live on air and anyone can call in to voice a plea to spare Lennox's life; the life of a trained therapy dog.
