Aquarium Chemistry; Acid vs. Alkaline Buffer

I updated the Aquarium Chemistry article to attempt to add clarity to
the difference between an Alkaline and Acid buffer and the importance
of both for lower pH or soft water aquariums.

I also added some points as to why I believe this natural aquarium
chemistry equation is better than using a Neutral Regulator
