Aquarium Lighting; Kelvin, PAR, LED, Summary

I added (& subtracted) more to the Aquarium lighting article.

I expanded (& corrected) information in the Kelvin, PAR, Useful Light
Energy sections.

I also added a little more to the T5 and LED Aquarium Lights sections

I also removed a very out of date diagram/pic in the summary dealing
with T8/T12 lights
