Marine Aquarium Lighting

I updated the Marine Basics Article as well the the Marine Set Up
article in the sections dealing with Lighting, in particular updating
the latest information about the use of LED lights which now are more
cost effective for output than the popular CFL lights or HO T5 when
the 50,000 vs. 8000 lifespan is considered(as well lower electric bill
costs).
