Oh, sorry, quite unclear, wasn't I?
Shouldn't "frames" be the concept to allow me to have multiple OS/X windows, all from the same emacs session?
I'm frankly not entirely sure that will really help the issue in managing my emacs session - I always have too many buffers open. I'm at a reasonably svelte 419 now but that's because I just removed all the buffers from two projects of mine that are on the back burner - once I have all my projects going I'm generally over 1000 so restarting is quite a long process.
Ideally, I'd have completely separate instances of Aquamacs, each with separate buffer lists, and even some visual component to keep them separate, so I'd have my
echomesh emacs, my
Javascript for Max emacs, etc...
