aprs.fi directly connected to Tier 2 hub servers

aprs.fi has tonight been directly connected to all of the T2 APRS-IS hub
servers. Before this change it was usually connected to T2FINLAND
(finland.aprs2.net). Which sometimes could lead to some packet loss and
encouraged some users to prefer a single server instead of a more reliable
rotate address.

Is your igate or client program connected to finland.aprs2.net? Or some
other single APRS-IS server? Read this to the end and find a better
configuration!

If it's too long to read, just use rotate.aprs2.net insted of
finland.aprs2.net. Thank you!
