Payment Made But App Still Not in Review Process

We paid the $25, uploaded our app binary, marketing text and all other details, but we still have a message that the payment is pending. We have a receipt showing the payment has cleared. We tried all the suggestions from the help files, and emailed help with all the documentation they requested last week (2-14-13), but they aren't providing any help and the auto response said it may be a week before they get back to us. We want to move forward. Can anyone help?
