I write here about this issue because Google Checkout contact seller feature is answered automatically with "You won't receive a response from a member of our team." message.
I placed an order for Premier upgrade for my domain (bradiceanu.net) on February 27 and the status is:
Your order is in progress. # Feb 27 Order placed - Your order was placed with Google Apps. A confirmation email was sent to you by Google.

Yeah, I am coming to a similar conclusion. ComeTheHeckOn Google! Is it so hard to answer email, or at least give people the service you are selling to them...
I'm evaluating Google Apps (for Edu) for my school, but I'm forming the opinion that this isn't the year to make that migration primarily because of the vast lack of support communications in forums like these.
Though, I'd like to hear any "positive" experiences anyone is having w/ Apps.

What kind of forum is this. Everybody has questions, but no1 answers ? gregmalone1, I think You're right. It is not the time to migrate. Ahh, I was so happy to pass the hot potato of administering mail server for 300 users to google. Damn.

Yes, I have that urge to migrate too -- be rid of mail server administration. But, not if I'm only going to inherit another set of problems. Hmmm.... thanks for the comment.
Would still like to hear *anyone* having mostly positive experiences w/ Google Apps.
