I write here about this issue because Google Checkout contact seller
feature is answered automatically with "You won't receive a response

I placed an order for Premier upgrade for my domain (bradiceanu.net)
on February 27 and the status is:

I have the same problem, but its only been a day now.  I'm somewhat
peeved that I cannot get a response.

I can't find a non-autoresponder e-mail for Checkout, also for Google
Apps Support.

Never seen such bad and unprofessional support for a (future) paid
service and I highly recommend against buying this service.

Yeah, I am coming to a similar conclusion.  ComeTheHeckOn Google!  Is
it so hard to answer email, or at least give people the service you
are selling to them...

I'm evaluating Google Apps (for Edu) for my school, but I'm forming
the opinion that this isn't the year to make that migration primarily
because of the vast lack of support communications in forums like
these.

Though, I'd like to hear any "positive" experiences anyone is having
w/ Apps.

Yes, I have that urge to migrate too -- be rid of mail server
administration.  But, not if I'm only going to inherit another set of
problems.  Hmmm....    thanks for the comment.

Would still like to hear *anyone* having mostly positive experiences
w/ Google Apps.
