If you own the domain then you may register it for the Standard
Edition of GApps without any cost from Google. Since you are a school,
you might be able to upgrade to the Education Edition without any cost
to you. The only time you will run into costs is if you want the
Premier Edition or you want special options such as Add-on security
and compliance tools available at a 66% educational discount. This is
not something you need for your list of features wanted.
