is there a method to setup SSO without programming knowledge (or paying
someone to do it)?  all we need are users to access a page to login and
maintain their classroom pages with minimal intervention from the admin who
setup their accounts. we have contacted godaddy which turned us back to the
google apps edu team.

also, although the calendar has been made viewable to everyone in the world
and DNS entries are setup properly, users are unable to access the calendar
without logging in.
