Jenny,
Someone may have started a Team Edition which you can take over. Look
at http://google.com/a/mydomain.com. If you see a login page which
says Create Another Account on the page then do so. You'll need an
email address at in your domain or at least a forward. Once you have
this login, you'll see a statement: "If you are the IT administrator,
you can access administrative features for mydomain.com. Learn more."
Click on the learn more and this will lead you to a takeover process.
Take a look at the help page posted by my peer. If you already have
an Education Edition account, use the contact info found there. If
not, use this link to contact the the GApps support team on-line:
http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/request.py?contact_type=technical.
Google will likely send you an automated responder email. If an
answer to your issue is not contained in this email then you will need
to REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE in order for it to continue directly to the
GApps support team. In the reply, delete all of the content except
for your question and don't change the Subject.
The Reply To is in caps for emphasis of this very important step. This
electronic request for help is limited, see
