Can anyone help>

I can print from the Print file if I first open Print, then go to
Printer (click on it) then click on O.K.

But it prints very slowly.

I bought a new Epson printer because I thought it was the printer but
I was on the phone for an hour today with Epson and it's not the
printer.

Thanks for any help.

Try creating a PDF and then printing the PDF. There may be
rasterization issues or some oddball setting within InDesign.
Converting to PDF first will help isolate those as possible problems.

Rita,

My experience has been that sometimes I can print from InDesign but
usually must print to PDF. I use the "Export" command to do that.
The print issue is such that I don't even both to do it any other way,
just export the document to pdf and print from that.

Thanks Rory,

I live in Rosarito Mexico now but grew up in Burnaby and then lived in Vancouver, the West End when it was affordable, for many years.
