I am posting a copy of the Reminder Email Notice I just sent out to
all AppleVan members.

Hello AppleVan members!
There is still time for someone to volunteer to open/close the
building for the AppleVan meeting(s).
The meetings will be suspended until further notice unless someone
volunteers to do this.

Please see instructions below if you have not joined the AppleVan
Google Group.
It's a great place for questions and answers!

The responsibilities are:
Pick up the key during business hours on the day of the meeting.
(4th Wednesday of each month - no meeting in November or December)
March 25, April 22, May 27........
Open the building at meeting time.
Close the building after the meeting.
Place the keys in the drop box outside the building.

Please call or email me if you wish to do this for one or more months
to make the AppleVan monthly meeting possible.

Go to:
http://groups.google.com/group/applevan?lnk=srg
Bookmark this page for future use.

On the right side of the page click on "join this group"

If you already have a Google account, enter your email address and
password
that you used to create your Google account.

If you don't have a Google account yet, click on Create An Account Now

The page that comes up has fields for your email address and a
password you choose for
your new Google account.

Follow the onscreen instructions.

Once you have created your Google Account, remember the email address
and password so you can
use them in the future for logging in to your Google account.

If the Google process is overwhelming, you may send your email address
to me and I will sign you up for the group.
