Bless the CSS (IE 4095 selector limit)

Running into some issues where IE hits it's selector limit on production websites.

While I have a work around of creating different data-asset groups, it's annoying because I can't force certain groups to be first in the order (E.G. If I create a bootstrap group, it'll load second).

Either way, it was an annoying an unexpected bug. Might be nice to implement a native solution
