Meeting Time and Minutes

Hello Brothers,
I have requested the Computer Conference Room in the Bears' Den for 6:30 to 8:00 PM Mondays for the rest of the semester.  I will let you know whether we have it when I get the confirmation email.

Here are the minutes:

Call to Order: 5:10 PM

Attendance: James, Alicia, Will Katie, Mike, Tyler, Lori

James entertains a motion to approve the new Constitution
Mike moves, Katie Seconds, the motion passes.

James will send an email with dates of upcoming events.

Rush posters have been ordered

Will resigns from Secretary and Sergeant at Arms and requests Associate membership with 5 hours of service and 1 fellowship event.

Nominations for Secretary and Sergeant at Arms will be open for two weeks.
Secretary: Mike, Tyler, and Alicia.
Sergeant at Arms: Katie, Mike

We have decided to ask Michelle Lupee to be a community advisor

We are looking for a new faculty advisor.  Alicia will ask her biology professor.

We will have an interchapter fellowship even with Eta Lambda (Eau Claire).  Possibilities include a trip to Devil's Lake.

We will meet in Melcher for a movie night Saturday, February 3.

Some brothers are going to do their Humane Society training.

Mike moves to Adjourn, Alicia seconds.
