Speaker: Brenda Lloyd, Director, Equipment Purchasing & Distribution for Unified Foodservice Purchasing Cooperative, LLC.

Topic:

"Technology - Enabling the Future Foodservice Supply Chain.”

 

Brenda has 30+ years experience in sales & process management in the advertising, automotive, and foodservice industries. She has led distributor training and industry discussion groups in developing inventory processes & systems solutions.  Since 1994, Brenda has been with UFPC, LLC. UFPC is the exclusive supply chain management organization for Yum! Brands, Inc., Louisville, Kentucky. 

Currently Brenda heads the Equipment Purchasing, Distribution, Systems/Data Visibility, and Bar Coding Project teams.  She has been leading, since 2005, implementation of GS1 US Data & Bar Code Standards throughout the Yum! Supply chain and was recently awarded the UFPC President’s Opus Award for her work in this area. 

Also in 2010, she was awarded the IFMA Sparkplug award for her leadership in setting & implementing GS1 standards within the Foodservice Industry.

Past speaking opportunities have included the 2010 Produce Marketing Association Conference, 2011 Boston Seafood Show & the 2011 GS1 Global Conference in Brussels, Belgium.

$25.00 per meal.  $5.00 Students (ID required) A meal is not required to attend.
